• Established F-1 as the controlling normative master standard.

• Made Registry certificate status controlling for DraftVerify purposes.

• Clarified that DraftVerify is private and voluntary, not law or regulatory accreditation.
• Clarified copyright boundaries and separated copyright from trademark, certification, contract, and software rights.
• Removed universal engineering and legal claims outside DraftVerify's proper identity-and-verification scope.
• Strengthened assessor competence, evidence, impartiality, appeals, and governance controls.
• Established controlled publication, interpretation, and rights-management rules in F-40.

Superseded edition

DraftVerify Standard v1.0 is superseded for new certification decisions. Historical copies do not override current v2.0 requirements or current Registry status.
