DraftVerify terms of use
Public access is for reference and evaluation. Certification, mark use, commercial reproduction, and program participation are separately controlled.
1. Public access
You may access, read, link to, and make accurate factual reference to public DraftVerify materials.
2. No transfer of ownership
Access to DraftVerify content does not transfer ownership of copyright, trademark, certification-mark, software, database, or other rights.
3. Reproduction and commercial use
Except as permitted by applicable law or written licence, you may not substantially reproduce, redistribute, translate, adapt, republish, or commercially incorporate protected DraftVerify expression into paid training, software, consulting products, certification products, or competing standards publications.
4. Certification claims
You may not state or imply that DraftVerify has certified, approved, verified, audited, endorsed, or authorized you unless the claimed status is active and within the scope of written DraftVerify authorization.
5. Marks
No licence to use a DraftVerify certification mark is granted merely by accessing the website or Standard. Authorized mark use is governed by F-32 and the applicable written licence.
6. Registry
For DraftVerify purposes, current Registry status controls certificate validity. Copies and screenshots do not override current status.
7. External obligations
DraftVerify is not a substitute for applicable law, regulation, manufacturer requirements, food safety, engineering, qualified service, or professional advice.
8. Program agreements
Certification applicants and program participants may be required to accept additional written terms. If those terms conflict with these general website terms for the specific program relationship, the signed program terms control to the extent stated.
