DraftVerify™ Privacy Policy
DraftVerify™ respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding any personal information provided in connection with the DraftVerify Standard, the DraftVerify Registry, or any DraftVerify communication channels. We do not sell, rent, or share user data — ever.
1. Data Collection
DraftVerify collects the minimum information necessary to support participation in the DraftVerify Standard and operation of the DraftVerify Registry. This may include:
- contact information voluntarily provided by users (e.g., name, email address)
- venue, brewery, or distributor details for onboarding or verification purposes
- technical data associated with tag activation, verification events, or registry usage
We do not collect unnecessary personal data. We do not collect payment information, behavioral analytics, or advertising profiles.
2. How Information Is Used
Any information collected is used solely for:
- verification and operation of the DraftVerify Standard
- administration of the DraftVerify Registry
- communication with participating breweries, distributors, and venues
- support, onboarding, or compliance inquiries
Information is never sold, rented, licensed, or disclosed to third parties, except where legally required.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
DraftVerify does not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, marketers, or unrelated third parties.
Limited operational data may be stored with trusted service providers (e.g., secure hosting, cloud infrastructure) solely for the purpose of delivering DraftVerify functionality. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
4. Data Protection
DraftVerify implements reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge that participation in the DraftVerify Standard involves inherent technical risks.
5. Your Choices & Rights
You may request at any time to:
- review the information associated with your DraftVerify participation
- correct inaccurate information
- request deletion of personal data where permitted by law
- withdraw from the DraftVerify Standard or Registry
